Secret agents are found every where and in every work of life. The secret agent of fashion is no different from the others and must infiltrate many stores, her files are full of details on where to get the best deals and find the most stylish clothes. For her undercover work she stays stylish but chooses garments that will come off easily (in the changing room) hence the trench worn as a dress.
