If you follow style news you will once in a while hear some new research on some articles of fashion that are not good for your health. Bad news: skinny jeans aren't the only article of clothing that's bad for your health. According to Naomi Braithwaite, a research fellow at Nottingham Trent University whorecently spoke to The Daily Mail, there are some other body-damaging items in your wardrobe that you might want to replace. The main offenders? Jeggings, stilettos, and oversize bags — along with the Kardashian-favored corset, for obvious reasons. But not to worry here are the alternatives for you. You are welcome :).

Aside from possibly cutting off circulation like their style sister, skinny jeans, jeggings also prevent air flow around your . . . lady parts, leading to unwanted health issues like yeast infection.
Mmmh Mill ha! I need heels ohh lol. Am way too short for flats haha. Don't really wear skinny jeans as I can't really find one that fits.
