PALM PRINT DRESS

Thight high boots have the power to make any outfit more fun instantly my adding some drama. I am a sucker for print and this dress from Modcloth is perfect for any season of the year. It's a pretty dress by itself or layer during the cooler seasons. I opted to pair it with a  light chiffon shirt and tall boots for the brisk spring mornings.
